Unlock Your True Potential: Releasing Old Patterns, Embracing Change & Flowing with Universal Energy 

With the new year already along its way we have found that a great many things have changed already. From the way we think about our lives to the way we dance around in time, things are starting to shift for the collective. As we witness this change coming forth in all of us, it will be important to take the time to reflect on what we are doing each and every day from the time we wake up to the time we lay our head down at night and beyond. The main message is that the more conscious you are living your life, the more that you will have an influence on the energies flowing into and out of your life. 

If you take the time to wake up each day and smell the roses and be grateful for the world around you, the world around you will change to show you more and more each day to be grateful for. If you see the world always as a glass half full then you are reaching a greater and greater level of consciousness and awakening to what life is truly meant to be. For those of us who are still on the journey to finding our ultimate soul twin within ourselves, we find that there is a great deal of healing needing to bring ourselves into inner union, or our soul twin is truly the other aspects of ourselves that are working to come into union with all that we are and will be. 

As we work to acknowledge the discordant energies that we have been playing out in our lives through focusing in ways past that were less than what we truly desired in life, the more that the true nature of who we are as loving and adventurous souls of great fun and true bliss emerge. For within each of us, lies a great pool of knowledge and understanding about all that it is. The more that you can tap into the energies that are surrounding you, to acknowledge what you have attracted, and release the energies that you were putting forth that attracted these things to begin with, the more you will find yourself at a sense of peace and ease within yourself and your life. 

As we go about these next few days, weeks, months, and years, it will become increasingly important to rely on our own inner guidance systems. When we can truly embrace what our own inner guidance system is showing us, then we can emerge triumphant around anything and everything that the world is showing us at any moment in time. 

The work of February is going to be letting go of the ways that you were doing things that you thought were keeping you in a great sense of energetic alignment, and instead racing for higher and higher levels of achievement within yourself. This does not mean a checkbox like buying a new car, a new job, a new friend, a new lover, or more new things. What it means is finding the likelihood of any generational trend and its ability to keep you in a state of love within yourself, and letting go of the trends that led you to where you are, and allowing yourself to find even greater states of doing simple things in better ways. 

For example, when you get up in the morning, are you brushing your teeth and washing your hair and putting on clean clothes? How have you been doing these things in a rather robotic nature? Can you instead of just doing things in the order you have been doing them, can you look at your life in a better light? Is it possible to take a shower and put clothes on and then brush your hair and teeth and would that be a better energetic flow for your day? This is just one simple play of energies that we would encourage you to look at within your life. We are not encouraging anyone to stop having a sense of honor and integrity in their own self care. What we are doing is asking everyone to take the time and to allow the space for working into a new routine, whatever that may be for you.
